YEAR FIVE NEWSLETTER

Information for parents and children
January 2008

We are really pleased with how everyone has settled back down to work after the Christmas break. It’s great to see the enthusiasm and commitment to learn in both classes continuing into the Spring term.

Homework and diaries

Well done for all your hard work last term - particularly your Tudor projects, lots of them were absolutely magnificent. Keep up the good work this term.

Homework will follow the same routine of being set on a Thursday and returned by the following Tuesday.

Diaries provide a valuable form of communication and need to be brought into school each day. Diaries need to be checked and signed by parents each week; teachers will also check the books on a weekly basis.

Please feel free to write any comments or messages in the diary.
