To interpret Creation through visualisation

The world has not begun, and I can see nothing.
I am lost in a dark universe,
And can hear fierce, tuneful wind blowing around me.
I reach out to touch,
But nothing is there.
Just hollow emptiness surrounding me.

I cannot taste or smell anything,
Except the ever-lasting air.
Suddenly a vast explosion happens,
Before my very eyes.
I can see all the blinding colours,
Forming an array of colourful circles,
Spinning, as if dancing.
I hear a deafening BANG,
That goes right through me,
And makes my heart thud like a drum.

I can touch the multi-coloured sphere,
It’s rock hard,
And cold.
Which sends a numbness to my trembling fingers.
I can almost taste the excitement,
The fear,
The curiosity that spirals through my head.

I can still smell the air,
But combined with the fiery sparks of
The bang that happened.
Suddenly I am trapped in this colourful sphere.

As I see towering trees,
Acres of soft green grass,
And long, glistening blue lakes and rivers
Form around me.

I can see animals of every kind,
Every shape,
Every colour.
And can hear a variety of different sounds
Coming from these beautiful, some hideous creatures.

Together they are performing in the most exquisite
Orchestra you have ever heard.
I can feel and touch the softness of the
Birds’ fragile wings,
And the hardness of the crocodiles hard,
Rigid,
Back.

I can taste the fresh, juicy apple,
Creating a new gorgeous sensation in my mouth.
And smell the new grass,
The tropical, colourful fruits,
And the different
Utterly amazing animals.

This is the world.
