French Club
Apologies to any parents who have tried to call Mrs. Pameley on the club number over the last couple of weeks. Unfortunately, Mrs. Pameley has mislaid her mobile telephone. We hope it will turn up shortly! In the meantime, please leave any messages in the school office. Thank you.
School Start Time
There are an increasing number of children arriving late for school. Please note that school begins at 8.50 a.m. and children should be on the playground by this time. We look forward to your co-operation on this matter.
Mobile Telephones
Children are not permitted to have mobile telephones with them in school. Please be aware that children with one will have it confiscated and put in a safe at main school. This must then be collected by an adult during office hours.
We are still collecting any empty ink cartridges from all printers – if you have any at home please bring them into school – there is a collection box in the foyer.
Used StampsWe are still collecting used postage stamps for St. Giles Hospice. Please send any used stamps into the school office.
PTA News
Lichfield Bower 26th May 2008 A special thanks to Mr. Tinsdeal for accompanying us with his terrific racing green sports car and the kind use of his trailer for our decorations and banner. Your offer of help and support carried us along, quite literally for the little ‘Spices’! |

Summer Fayre Help Needed- Saturday 28th June 12-3pm
We need help setting up the stalls from 10am -12pm, manning the stalls from 12- 3pm, and/or tidying away after the Fayre from 3-4pm.
If you can help in any way, even if just for an hour or half an hour that would be great! Please fill in the form at the bottom of the Summer Fayre letter and return it to school. Alternatively pop in (even if just for a few minutes) to our next meeting on Monday 9th June between 7-9pm in the staff room at Main School.
Used Toys, Books and Clothes. Save them for a Jumble Sale Day!
We are not accepting donations of used toys/books/videos for the Summer Fayre because we have decided to dedicate another event just to these items alone!
If you are thinking of having a clear-out this summer then we are planning to have a good old fashioned ‘Jumble Sale’ in the Autumn term. For all those unwanted toys, books and clothes! So watch this space.
We will have a ‘pocket money’ stall at the Summer Fayre where you can buy a selection of items at pocket money prices.
Yours faithfully,
Miss H. McKay
Headteacher.
