Thank you to everyone who donated cakes last week for the cake stall.

Christmas Fayre Success.

Thank you to everyone who supported this event.
It was a bit chaotic at times, but we’re sure you’ll all agree it was a fabulous Christmas Fayre.  The children seemed to have a good time.

Thanks to everyone who stepped in to run stalls and help us set up and clear up afterwards.  Special mentions for Ashley Horsley and Lee & Sarah Stringfellow for the time and resources they donated to transform the library into a glorious Christmas Grotto.  Thanks also to Mike Harbourne, Martin Thompson and Richard Taylor for all their assistance setting up and/or clearing away.

And finally a big Thank You and lots of appreciation for our fantastic Year 6 children who designed and ran their own stalls for the Christmas Fayre.  We will update you more about this and their profits on next weeks family letter.
Together we raised around £2300- although there may be some expenses still to deduct.

If you have any feedback -positive/ neutral/ negative then please let us know so we can bear this in mind next time we organize a Fayre.

Raffle Prizes- Still to be claimed.

Thank You to ‘The Plant Plot’

Thank you to ‘The Plant Plot’ of Lichfield, for supplying the St. Michael’s Christmas trees, and for supporting the PTA at St. Michael’s by giving us a terrific deal on them.

Storage- Can you help us store a Bowling Lane ?

One of the Year 6 Stalls was a Bowling Lane which was handcrafted by a parent and kindly donated to the PTA for use at future fayres.  Unfortunately we have nowhere on site to store it.  Does anyone have any spare storage space? Or a storage facility? Mezzanine etc? In which we could store the bowling lane, until it is needed again. If you can help- please supply your contact details marked for the attention of the PTA, into the main school office.

Easyfundraising.org.uk/stmichaelslichfield - FREE prize draw

Just a quick reminder that you can still enter the free prize at the above website every day from now until Christmas. You get a free entry each day but 2 extra entries for every purchase made through the site, which also results in donations to the school PTA.

Yours faithfully,

Miss H. McKay
Headteacher.
