PTA news
Fundraising update...
Since the start September 2009 the PTA have raised a fantastic £2300 from the Christmas Fayre, £425 from the sale of Christmas cards, £94 from the sale of book bags and £155 from the clothes recycling day. We have also made £159 from recycling printer ink cartridges, £25 from Yellow Moon and £21 from easy fundraising.co.uk.
In terms of outgoings we have paid for new canopies and benches for the playgrounds which cost £8290, the school Christmas discos which cost £280 and the infant Christmas presents which cost £366.
As you can see it was a very busy term and we would like to thank everyone who helped us to achieve these great results.
AGM : Monday 18th January ,7.45pm-9pm
The AGM will be held at school and will start at 7.45pm.
All are welcome to come along.
Finally, Here’s a date for your diary...
Adults Disco- Saturday March 6th
Our next ‘grown-up’ disco is to be held on Saturday 6th March at Boley Park Community Hall. The theme this time is ‘school disco’ so you can expect to dance the night away to a fantastic selection of music from your school years, and once again there is the option to dress up too (totally optional!). A separate letter with full details will follow but in the meantime put the date in your diary & book your babysitters!
