No Parking will be possible for parents at St. Michael’s Church when collecting children on Monday 1st February or Wednesday 3rd February
Due to a Funeral being held at St. Michael’s Church on both of the above dates, parents will not be able to park at church when collecting their children.We very much appreciate your support in this matter.
Parent Teacher Consultation EveningsWe look forward to meeting parents on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th February 2010. Please contact your child’s class teacher if you have not yet received an appointment time.Parents’ Tea/Coffee ‘Drop in’ Friday 5thFebruary – 9.00 a.m.
Our next informal tea/coffee morning with two of our Governors, Nik Ellis and Jenny Bryant will be at Main School on Friday 5th February at 9.00 a.m. to which all parents are invited. We look forward to meeting you.
School closes at the normal time on Friday 12th February and reopens on Monday 22nd February.
Visit in school from ‘The Animal Lady’.
On Wednesday 3rd February the children will experience seeing an assortment of animals and a talk from a member of the Natural History Presentation Service. This is always a popular event on our school calendar.
Children unwell
If your child complains of tummy ache or feeling sick before school please keep him/her at home. Children being sick in school quickly pass infection to the rest of the class. One sick child rapidly becomes many sick children.
Puffin Book Club
The order for the Puffin Book Club will be sent off tomorrow, 29th January 2010, if you wish to place an order please hand it into the school office before lunchtime.

Ink Cartridges
We are always grateful to anyone who brings in their old ink cartridges but would like to confirm that we can only accept home printer cartridges and not the larger commercial cartridges.
