Happy New Year!!
We hope you all had a good Christmas and New Year. A big thank you to everyone who joined Year 3 before Christmas for the Craft morning. It was great to see so many parents, grandparents and other relatives joining in the sticking and gluing.
Homework
Well done to all of Year 3 (and their parents / relatives) for putting so much effort into completing and returning the homework on time. Keep up the good work this year!
Homework will be set from 18th January 2008, and will follow the same routine of being set on Friday and returned on Wednesday.

Communication
Parents please feel free to write any comments or messages in your child’s Diary or Homework Book.
In Year 3 children are able to independently choose a reading book from the classroom bookshelf. This book is read at home and in free time in the class, which means it must be brought to school each day. Your child can record titles of books read in their Reading Record diary. Please note that teachers do not sign this book on a regular basis. Children will read an alternative book in the class during Guided Reading.
